At the direction of Grand Guardian Deanna and Associate Grand Guardian Rich.
Nancy, Toni, Sally, Jessica and Dallas have been tasked with exploring ideas to make changes to Grand Session to make it more affordable for all bethels. The attached power point presentation was prepared and presented at Jobie University.

As you can imagine, it generated great discussion.

To make sure that all bethels, all daughters, and all adult volunteers have an opportunity to voice their opinions, we are asking you to do the following:

Please take this material to your bethel meeting and have a discussion. Carefully weigh the pros and cons of the ideas in the presentation. Offer other ideas that may not be in the presentation. Compile your ideas, suggestions, and concerns in an email and send to us by May 15, 2008.

This deadline will allow us to compile all the information so we can have a further discussion at Grand Session in Aberdeen and make some decisions.
